On behalf of the Steering Committee of ADAM-Houston Energy Network, I would like to thank you for your continued support and involvement in the Acquisitions, Divestitures and Mergers (ADAM)- Houston.
Member Qualifications
Membership in ADAM-Houston Energy Network is restricted to individuals in the upstream oil and gas domestic, international & offshore industry that are “deal makers” and directly involved with the acquisition or divestiture of oil & gas properties. These individuals are high-level/senior management professionals from oil & gas companies, capital providers or investors, or asset-marketing firms that deal in the oil & gas property acquisitions/divestitures arena.

Membership is unlimited for those A&D professionals with private and public E&P companies; however, membership is limited to one individual per capital provider/arranger/investor and asset-marketing firm.
Membership
Lunch meetings are held the 3rd Friday of each month. Meetings include a guest speaker, open mic for deal promotion/marketing, company announcement, industry news and great networking with key industry professionals.
We announce each event via email to every member who has provided an email address. If for some reason you are not receiving the email announcement you may go to the website and send a message to the ADAM Admin. As an alternative, please feel free to keep in touch with ADAM activities by checking the Industry Calendar page on the website.
Cost
The annual cost is $395/per individual (includes: 10 luncheons, a quarterly membership list & great networking).

Each member may invite one guest per luncheon at a cost of $50.

There will be no refund if a member is unable to fulfill his/her membership.
An application form and check are required for 2012 membership acceptance.


Membership Dues will not be processed unless accompanied by a Member Data Sheet / Application
